Billing, Invoices & Financing Changes at
New West Truck Centres

Q: What changes are taking place regarding invoicing and payments?

A: Effective November 1, 2024, invoices and payments for 4110 9 Ave N, Lethbridge AB, 5703 62 Street, and Taber locations should be made out to New West Truck Centres (AB) Inc. and all invoices and payments for the 1125 Cobham Ave, Cranbrook BC and 301 Slater Rd, Cranbrook BC locations should be made out to New West Truck Centres (BC) Inc. Payments or invoices directed to Dunlop Truck Centres Ltd. after this date will not be processed.

Q: Will I still be able to pay by cheque?

A: Yes, Please mail all cheques to our Calgary main office at 5925 79 Avenue SE, Calgary, AB, T2C 5K3. As of November 1, 2024, all cheques will only be accepted at this location. All cheques for 4110 9 Ave N, Lethbridge AB, 5703 62 Street, and Taber locations should be made out to New West Truck Centres (AB) Inc. and all cheques for the 1125 Cobham Ave, Cranbrook BC and 301 Slater Rd, Cranbrook BC locations should be made out to New West Truck Centres (BC) Inc.

A: Your existing Dunlop account will automatically transfer to New West Truck Centres. There’s no need for you to re-apply or take any further action; the transition will be seamless.

Q: Will my account information remain the same?

A: Yes, your account information will remain unchanged.

Credit Limit & Financing Terms

Q: Will my credit limit and financing terms change?

A: No, New West Truck Centres will fully honour the credit limits and financing terms you currently have with Dunlop. There will be no changes to your agreed terms.
